ANALYSIS OF THE FEASIBILITY OF USING WIND ENERGY IN THE BEKABAD REGION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The article presents an analysis of the feasibility of using a 1 MW wind power plant in the Bekabad region, in the region with the most intensive wind movement of the Republic of Uzbekistan. As an example, the authors cited a 380-40 kW wind power plant produced in the Russian Federation by United Solar Technologies Condor Air at a cost of USD 20,089 as an example for replacing a 1 MW TPP unit. The authors used practical research and calculations based on the geographical location and cyclical time periods of wind movement in a given region, substantiated the feasibility of using this type of power plant and the economic and environmental conditionality of this decision.
